On the way down the shade wasn't there anymore so i was glad we headed up when we did. We then took another path which showed a waterfall on the picture, but once there we didn't see any water and there was no other paths for us to turn down. So don't know ...

Had a good nights sleep and went for breakfast at about 0945. Plain and simple, but sufficient.
It was a nice warm but overcast morning and we walked down to the Ferry point, where we got our tickets for the Lake Maggiore Express, which consists of a boat trip up to Locarno (Switzerland), a short stay there and then a 1 3/4 trip on a narrow gauge railway to Domodossola(Italy) and then a 25 minute train ride back to Stresa.
