For those of you that don't believe my post from yesterday about the bagpipes...I managed to catch a video of him this morning, after Mom and I got home from church. I was going to ask him to come up to the house and play for the people across the street that were up till 2am, doing Karaoke in the backyard, round the fire. ... Mountain Bakery in Marquette. We are all set up in what we call 'Langevin Lane' with power and water. It's hot here but we can't run the air conditioner as it will blow the fuse in Mom's house. So, if it is too hot, we will just drag our bed into her basement and sleep there. We may go off grid for a while now while we visit family and friends. So we may not be posting every day for the next week or so...but, stay tuned, we do have a trip home to get through ...

... I can defend myself with somehow.

But no. After taking pictures :D we decided to keep paddling past it, and it wasn't curious enough to stalk us.

We paddled through Tim Lake and we thought it was beautiful, and a good option for an easy paddle-in trip.

We stopped in Huntsville to try Westside Fish and Chips. I had never eaten so unglamorously in my life. I inhaled everything.

Heck I deserved to pig out.

All in a day's work.
