We carried on through the highlands and Cairngorm National Park, enjoying the scenic mountain vistas until finally arriving in Stirling. Unfortunately we were too late to tour the castle, but the night time view from atop the hill was lovely. On to Jane & Kevin's where we spent a lovely evening eating drinking and chatting away. It was our last night of Scottish adventure and a lovely way to bring it to a close...

33. Haggis and Hootanannys
... Christmas lights and old buildings around town. I felt very relaxed, and think I could get used to the Inverness pace of life. In particular I enjoyed the friendly locals who said hello to us on the street and we were even lucky enough with the weather to see the stars for the first time in months!
