    ... blog entry.   Tomorrow promises to be a better drive,with the winds dropping off to single digits during our driving day tomorrow.  I am looking forward to stopping at Wall Drug, a famous stop on I-90.  We'll be in Custer, South Dakota tomorrow night and get a day off from driving to see the sites and to celebrate my 47th birthday!   In short: not much happened today, and tomorrow promises to be the same.  I'll be glad when this section of the drive is over.     ... got down to 36 degrees!! The next morning we got up early and headed in to the bustling town of Garretson again for breakfast at a bar...the Sports Cabin! Here we were greeted by more locals who told us to help ourselves to coffee and that there was no breakfast menu to choose from...and our bartender/server/cook started listing the items she could make for us.     We are settled in at Jellystone Park in Sioux Falls, SD. We don’t normally stay at these parks because they are for families with young kids and are usually crowded and noisy, but since school started, the campgrounds are virtually empty. Good planning on our part. More tomorrow.
