... that it was not. He was probably good at his job but he was mousy and talked very little and that was hard to hear/understand. He finally installed a new something or other and charged for it, though we do not feel it was a part we should have paid for. It was something between the house and the internet line. Anyway- it is working again! Then we decided to drive into town-about 13 miles-to Costco for a bit of shopping. Not much in the basket but it cost $174!! ...

... Sunday- Mothers Day, but not a word from either of my kids! I should be used to it by now but guess not! I talked with John yesterday-but all about him! He ‘says’ he has been in the hospital for 3 weeks because of high blood pressure. I doubt that but what do I know! I won’t be seeing him until August this year. I am going via CA so I can see James. ... bathroom talk was warm and full of emotion. I reminded her that even when someone can't remember your face they can always feel your love. And that the reason we flew here to see Gpa before our big trip, is simply to shower him with LOVE. By the end of the night I caught up with one of my favorite cousins, Lyla had a blast with her 3rd cousins, and Sarah showered, lathered, and spoiled Gpa with ALL of her LOVE.

... my friend and introduce them to Ible before I headed out to Florida.
Other than those events, nothing of great significance has happened since. Mainly, Ible and I have been relaxing and enjoying ourselves here in Salem. We have also been taking advantage of the excellent Wi-Fi that we have here at the house in the form of many hours of Netflix. Needless to say our stay here has been wonderful and I will be sad to leave when I have to.

... feels like rain! We went back to their place-16th floor of the Madison Tower on SW 1st street-at least twice the size of this apt-for some forgotten stuff and then off to meet Monica.
