Day 15 - Man, Do I miss Texas!
... have been riding since day 2 to a local bike shop for a "tune up". Guy there trued up the wheels, adjusted the brakes, lubed up the cables, etc. The roads so far have delivered a pretty good beating to my equipment ( and the bike too). Don't need any malfunctions causing a crash and putting a premature end to this thing. Or else I'll be back again next year.
All in all, a pretty uneventful day. No near ...

Stationary communal camp kitchens in each camp will have stovetops, a sink, and hot water dispensers. Ablution blocks include well kept shower and restroom facilites, as well as laundrymats. Also, most of the campsites had a cool swimming pools-perfect after driving all day!

Road trip to Cane River
... fascinated by the birthdates, some as far back as the early 1800s from what I can tell. It’s a beautiful place; very serene. But we know we need to hit the road soon. However, the first order of business is to find a gas station, which we do, just a few miles away. Whew! We’re all relieved now that we’re running on a full tank.
