... then looked like the traditional Christmas ‘bomb’ had gone off, and we ate chocolate for breakfast – some things are the same no matter where you are!

... overlooking the southern ocean were shattered when we discovered the cafe was part of the caravan park with no view and no fresh fish. OH well can't have everything…. the bay was beautiful. Pemberton (the township) still has a working timber mill and is quaint with many old timber worker cottages still being used but it doesn't have too much else going for it.
