Update of the challenge
It's now November, and even though I have changed to the challenge slightly, I thought I would update the list of where I've been.
So where have I been now...at the start of the year I was up to 17.

My oh my, Cornwall
... unfortunately only saw the rain. We left a day after some of our friends and they hit the muddy path in a downpour and resembled Dr Foster. DOUBLE LOSERS! Overall Nick and I were smitten with this place, and couldn't believe that children didn't see it for the untamed beauty that it was. Who cares if they only had two horse rides and the sandpit closed at 6pm? Nothing could beat going to sleep to the sound of the geese fighting off a persistent fox, with an epic view of the ceiling.

... nearly 1000 kms, and while it takes some six weeks to complete, and is very tough in sections, every night you sleep in a nice inn, with an open fire and nice food. It's an option for the future!

Day 36 - Wedding #2
After being in Spain and France, one thing I was really looking forward to about coming back to England was a proper cooked breakfast, and this morning we were treated to far more than just a proper cooked breakfast. A choice of many cereals, a big bowl of fresh fruit salad, toast and various condiments, and of course - tea! This was then followed by our cooked breakfast - bacon, eggs etc. We ate plenty to keep us going past lunch.
