    ... used to be the Christian Brothers Winery and in San Antonio. The original campus in Hyde Park currently has three restaurants open to the public, restaurants whose lunch menus I studied closely online before deciding where to make a reservation. The themes of the four are American, Italian, French, and a world-fusion themed one named Gaia.     The morning of New Years Eve, we jumped in the car with Sasha and set out to see some more of Connecticut. We saw adorable town after adorable town, and had lunch at an old fashioned general store near Goshen. We drove through Cornwall, a perfect little town with a 200 year old covered bridge.     This was a very nice little town on the border on Connecticut and New York. It was so noce we almost stayed for the winter. The problem was that it was down in a valley so getting out of the valley with icy roads would have been a problem. During the summer there was the Houstonic River that ran along side the town.
