... 8.35 and I asked if they had a restaurant - they did they said but the kitchen closed at 8.30. Where else in town could we go I asked? Everything will be closed now they said 'we're just a small country town.' All that was open was the fast food restaurants. Two chicken burgers later in Hungry Jacks all I could say was 'we'll it was cheap.' Driving through the small towns and villages ( hamlets here,) was interesting. Some really are blink and you'll miss them however ...

Tom went for a 3 hour hike up to the Pinnacle and I slept in and relaxed. He got a little lost and it took him longer than he thought, so he was hot and tired when he got back.

... Port Campbell which was the closest town to the 12 Apostles which are an iconic geologic feature of Australia.
