Finally after a day long of flying from Chicago, Illinois at 1am CST Tuesday we finally landed in Sligo Airport at 6 pm GMT Wednesday evening. No banging and rattling last night! I think room 4 must have been occupied and they closed the window. And Sonja told me at breakfast this morning that Gary put a chair against their door because they like to sleep with the window open. That was so nice of him.

Another island recommendation. We lucked out again and as we drove closer to the island, the sky cleared up and we yet again were lucky enough to have another good weather day for island exploring. We didn't stay on the island but only because the hostels were all booked up. If given the choice, we would’ve!
