... with one of Will's friends from school (Teagan) who lives in England for some Australia Day celebrations. Yes, it's only the 25th here, but it's Australia Day in Australia where it matters! We needed to make our way to Clapham Junction, which is outer London, but there are track works all weekend, making our life a little bit difficult! We were supposed to be there by 2pm to watch 'the Castle', but after a confusing journey we managed to get there around 2:45. The pub was called ...

Went on a day tour today to Warwick Castle, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Oxford. Country towns, nicer than the busy city and all its traffic. Warwick Castle was nice, quite cold there. ... kiwi capital of London. We walked in the warm air for a bit to get to the flat, taking the long way as we were early. It was pretty clear that we had reached Suburban London, and unlike fancy earls court, or central and expensive Notting hill it was easy to see how people from all walks of life could Survive in this big city. The Smell of rubbish and sewerage was a reminder of that, it ...

... border control. Our bags were waiting for us after immigration so zero wait there, then as we had nothing to declare we went out the green exit, no X-ray machines no questions, in fact we only saw 2 customs officer beside two benches calling the odd person out as they passed. Very strange really. Then we found our ride and off to our apartments in Kensington we went. All very tired so we ...
