... Three. They played for about an hour. Between 8:30 and 9, it looked like it was going to rain, but Old Crow Medicine Show started about 9, and we stayed till about 9:45, so we could get out before the whole amphitheater emptied out. The run loop that you do twice appears to be mostly flat and rolling with a sharp downhill a few blocks. You will also be climbing back up that downhill. Remember to treat that uphill as if you are running up a set of stairs. Lean into the hill, and bounce up with quick, short strides, and raising your knees as if you need to clear a stair step.

... in 1986, when he was in Australia, Pat took me to see the location of where World Youth Day was held in Cherry Creek in 1993. The location is in one of the state parks and there was a plaque to commemmorate the visit. This was a great end to a fantastic day!

Tomorrow's excursion is to the Red Rocks Ampitheatre - all going well. Pat has promised a stop at the Coors Brewery on the way home - I am not driving:)
