... day. Addie bought little, uncleaned ones for us so guess what she did this morning! After an evening of heartburn brought on by who knows what, I was not interested in shellfish this morning.

It's 530 in the morning and Blake Shelton is saying it's time to get up, so up we get a little groggy but well rested. We quickly pack up our gear and hop back on the highway headed to Canmore for some much needed coffee, eat a muffin from the snack stash we brought with us and buy some water for our hike ahead. ... better when eaten outdoors? Is it the smoke, the dirt, the ashes on the food...or just the fresh air? So, our cooking skills might not be inspirational, but we had a lot of fun learning what not to do. (Don't clean the ashes off your hot dog on the lawn if your friend has a dog. Just sayin!)
