Okay, I've been completely avoiding the blog this past week. It isn’t that there hasn’t been anything going on (well, 5% of that is true…the days are like the movie Groundhog Day and we’re all playing Bill Murray’s role) but I’ve just felt no inclination whatsoever to write. Instead, we’ve been catching up on the show GIRLS and now we’re starting the latest season of Game of Thrones (the Joffrey scene…YES!).

All in all, VERY successful day. Rhonda was very happy and we were very ...

... here, the rain also being a common theme. I was very fortunate to have so many wonderful friendships made only in three years. My first going away was with long time friend, Katrin Schneider and her family. I stayed with Her and her parents way back in 2002 when I came over with blue lake fine arts camp. They all invited me over for tea and cake to say goodbye. I arrived holding my favorite beer, alpirsbacher hefeweizen, which i gifted to mr. Schneider once we discovered ...

... the cool features and downloading the software. I am so happy I made the decision to get a decent camera for this trip. We went out to dinner and went to bed early. I am sure tomorrow will be much more fun-filled. Lisa has tomorrow off and we are all getting a good night sleep.

I am officially getting super excited to leave the country. Less then a week to go.
