      ... and reasonable temperatures for the rest of the day. We spent the night in Enid where the oil boom has made getting a room an iffy thing. We did find the "Trail End" Motel though and were able to sleep through the thunderstorms that were in the area all night.       ... music for your every waking hour, pictures of Elvis in every room, and a guitar-shaped swimming pool with Elvis radio ('direct from Graceland') playing all the time. The hotel itself is a typical 50's or 60's american motel on two levels with balconies (there's another later in the trip), and just for a few days, this is actually a lot of fun.
