Shortly after that, we were at the battleship memorial on Mobile Bay. The battleship USS Alabama, is moored there in the fashion of the Queen Mary in Long Beach. I had seen it before in my previous motorcycle trips to this neck of the woods, but for one reason or another, never stopped.
