Yesterday we drove down to Laverstoke Mill which is now the Bombay Sapphire Distillery. We had watched a Megafactories documentary on the restoration of the mill and loved getting to see it and to learn about making the gin. After enjoying our riding hack so much on Friday, today Craig, Aaron and Chloe had a riding lesson at the same stables. ... We tagged along and it was worth it. The model is a 1/9th replica of the town built from the same materials as the originals in the mid 1930s. There is even miniature gardens with bonsai trees!
