    ... Tom, Ian, Emily and I opted for the longer walk. It had a lovely view. It was also nice to have a decent walk after being on the bus. It was very warm and very humid. After the walk we went down to the lake and had a swim, the weather had improved and it was sunny, but the lake was really cold! Had a nice swim though, and the played frisbee with the group.     ... us a while to find Zoro, who typically hides when he is scared or uncertain what is going on. Eventually, Ben found him downstairs in the guest room.

    Beth said that as soon as she got home in Tuscaloosa, Miley came out to greet her, so I'm sure that was very nice!

I felt well enough by then to stop off at a few overlooks, where Laura startled a small brown mammal which we thought was possibly a beaver or an otter, but was up on the side of a cliff so was realistically neither.     ... at Zion Adventure Company to pick up some specialized hiking boots and socks for a planned hike into The Narrows on Sunday morning.
