I wish I could have ventured out and visited other, more rural, parts of Scotland, but unfortunately I just didn't have enough time. Maybe some day I will go back and get the chance to learn more about Scottish culture which is, after all, part of my own heritage!

I've mentioned it before, but I saw the best display of assistance for the disabled anywhere so far in my wanderings... In the royal apartments which leads to the jewels vault, there is a replica of the sword, the crown and the scepter in cast bronze on a bench.
