    ... Tim's help we figured out that our water leak in the motor is most likely a gasket near the exhaust- one we don't have a spare for at the moment. We can continue on but need to replace it when we pass a volvo dealer. We have cleaned the motor up and will run it under load tomorrow at the dock to check our conclusions. We will most likely leave Friday for Keeseville area where we hope to say hi to friends for a night. Then on to Champlain lock ...

    We left the campground around 10 and finished the last leg of the Kancamagus Trail through New Hampshire. It was a nice ride through the mountains. We have seen a lot of signs warning of Moose, but we haven’t seen any. I read in the local paper that there have been a lot of moose calves dying in the area and they think it may be ticks causing their demise.
