... was simply a way of promoting local artists and craft shops. Connemara National Park was the next stop on the Connemara Loop. It was a bastion for the seemingly endangered peat bogs which we had seen along the road in inhospitable looking land. It had a display that explained their history and the use of the peat. ... to commemorate that visit too. A confusing site with the nineteenth century church backed by another church where the beatific vision occurred on the outside wall behind the altar. It has an interesting art display of the vision incorporated into the sanctuary back by the wall of the original appearance. There were massive car parks, prayer rooms, information buildings and a large Basilica where mass is obviously held for large crowds it would have seated ...

... Flatley production it was really great. The skill of the dancers and musicians was spectacular, we did not believe that somebody could move their feet so fast. The only down side was that we were unfortunately sitting next to man who was oblivious to the fact that he was producing rather smelly ***** all evening, we decided to relocate at the intermission.
