... and as we made our way, the weather started to clear. We had sections of blue skies and could even see the sun occasionally. We made several photo stops, but our first real stop was at Kylemore Abbey, which is a beautiful building in the side of a mountain. The building was originally a private residence which was later converted to a girls' boarding school run by nuns. It looks like a castle as you can see from the pictures.

... and flask, bused to Dingle, there for an hour, bought t-shirt and the Reel Thing fish and chips, ate on bus, Kenny ran to bar to get ketchup sachets, shopped more in Killarney, skyped Quint, skyped Kenny's parents, ate J-O's, leftover pasta, and Butler's dark chocolate almond bar, watched part of He's Just not that into You, went to bed

Cycled 35 miles from the ferry dock in Rossaveel to Clifden. From the looks of the grey, wet morning when we got on the ferry it seemed to be a high probability of finding the first B&B and hunkering down for the day. I will not spend too much time on words for my blog today as I think the pictures will speak for themselves. Inishmore is the largest of the three Islands that make up the Aran Islands. The majority of the inhabitants of the islands are Irish native speakers and only speak English to interact with the tourists.
