update on 10/16 - went to dinner on the quay (pronounced "key" for those of you in the Bronx. - Had some oysters and scallops right from the Bay.
Went to Matt Maloy's Bar - the flutist from the Chieftains owns it or that is the rumor - met some folks from Belfast.
Went to the bar next store - the Portush - nice Irish music -
update 10/17 - Marian made us soup for lunch - went to an Italinan restaurant for dinner in town - food was great - La Belle Vita ...

... Flatley production it was really great. The skill of the dancers and musicians was spectacular, we did not believe that somebody could move their feet so fast. The only down side was that we were unfortunately sitting next to man who was oblivious to the fact that he was producing rather smelly ***** all evening, we decided to relocate at the intermission.

Bog Road: this road cut back across the top of the Roundstone peninsula and was much prettier with wide open views of the Seven Bens, the mountains at the interior of the Connemara region.
