... The servers come around and scoop whatever they have right into the middle of the table and everyone digs in. After you pig out on that you get your meal. Many of the dishes are served in giant frying pans. What if you eat all of this and you are still hungry? Lambert's will not allow you to leave hungry. Ten Days to Texas

On this long, challenging bicycle journey, I am currently 120 miles, or 3 days west of Kansas. There I will turn south for another 2 or 3 days to knock off Oklahoma and Arkansas on my way to Texarkana at the Texas state line.

I wake really early and decide to leave Mark to rest whilst I pop to the gym and pool for a quick workout in an attempt to work off a portion of the calories consumed the day before!
