    ... enough we were in the National Park. There had been road side warnings from Muizenburg onwards about Baboons being in the area and that they could be wild and dangerous animals. Bobby told us that they had been known to break into houses and steal food and would not think twice about taking food out of a persons hand !

    ... was planned to take us through the spectacular Chapman's Peak drive but alas, the fires continued to take their toll and we had to drive around the other way. When we got to the vineyard, we discovered the fires really had got close with the high vineyard above the tasting room having been scorched by fire.     ... Two little girly t shirts that nanny had donated for the kids. Hate to say it but I picked two of my favourite girls who would fit the t shirts and gave them to them secretly when the other kids weren't around. They were very excited ! I gave it to pretty and tsherin. I had also bought a stuffed toy elephant for my boy Raymond. When I went into the classroom at one point and he just followed me as always I gave it to him and he was so excited I still remember clearly his face ...
