Seeing on Facebook that a few of my friends were out wine tasting... And I find out they were in Fredericksburg, TX !!! About a 4 hour drive! I invite myself! Due to my car situation--2000 Honda Civic with 260000 miles. I call Enterprise Rent a car, they stay open until I get there. I'm thrilled!!!! I go to Aledo's Football game, go home, pack.... We hear storms are in the forecast for both Dallas and Tulsa. We are hitting the road early in the morning. Wendi has another 2 hrs of riding and I have another 5 hrs of trailering Suzi home. She's so happy. Thank You to Wendi's friends for letting us stay at their ...

... food in our fridge and in return, she makes food for us when she cooks for herself. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Aledo has a lot of nice families…despite the torrential downpours of rain (we had two storms hit during the shows), they showed up smiling under their umbrellas and rain jackets. The group that brought us in today was a local 4H group and it was really nice to see support for them. ...
