... decided to get together and play a few games while others were playing the Texas Hold'em game. We had fun and then it was early to bed.

Betty has been working on the knitting she started before she left home and is getting it done.

... so hot.

We quit about the time the Texas Hold'em guys came to playI went home to walk dogs and cook dinner. Randy is getting better, he is lasting longer at the table. He says it is the most fun he has had for a long time for $5.00.

... and looked at T-shirts but didn't get any.

We then went to Mad Jack's Mountaintop BBQ. It was absolutely wonderful. Randy ate his and part of was really good but huge!

We then started home and on the road home we ran into a herd of wild horses. They were beautiful and in the middle of the road. Got some pictures I hope you enjoy them all!

Retired Roamers Jeep Club Expedition

Did our usual thing in the morning and got ready for the Retired Roamers Jeep Club ride.

Because the weather here has been so crazy we all were prepared for the thunderstorms and rain. We went to Bonita Lake and saw some amazing deer and the lake was beautiful. Even with all the rain here the lake was dry in several areas.
