    ... all. The views of and along the lake were spectacular. We returned to the campground via NV Rt. 445 and US Rt. 395. After showering we headed for a casino down the street for dinner and some slots action. Jack broke even for the night but Valerie came out ahead with an $85.00 free play credit on her member card, so we will be returning to use that credit and hopefully build upon it.

    ... with guard rails to prevent cars from dropping down about 500 feet. You know it's steep when you’re looking at the tops of 100 foot trees. There were many turnouts for slow cars to pull over and one viewpoint that was a spectacular view of Reno and the valley floor between Reno and Carson City to the south. It was a drive worth the view that we don’t want to do again.
