Returned to Reno, then went to mass at St Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Afterwards we went to Hacienda Mexican restaurant (good, but not as good as Mexican food in Texas!!). I spent the rest of the evening on the phone with United airlines trying to convince them that they should not ...

... everyone else had full helmets, body armour and big hit-big travel bikes. I had to remind myself that they were familiar pre-race butterflies/ excitement and to just climb onto a gondola, all foreign and strange for riding back home. I can only say that I managed to get a taste for what Broomie, Waps, wives and others have managed to experience in the Alps.
