    ... U-turns and wrong roads (and no roads too) we reached Kushalnagar. It was already dark by then and we decided to push onto Madikeri and then return the next day to visit the Namdroling Monastery.

    Kushalnagar to Madikeri took us around 40 minutes. Highways are so damn easy man. Although the winding hilly roads might have seemed stressful to some, after what we had been through all day, this was a cakewalk. In Madikeri we looked for a place to stay. ...

    OK that's all for now as I have to leave for my first day of work, which is right next door. I will have some funny stories about my first day in the hotel (yesterday), which included a great tale about free Gatorade!
