... postcard view of the entire Yosemite Valley, seen from above. Wow. Now this is what we wanted to see! From here things got even better as we made a few other photo stops on the way into the valley floor. These were easily the best spots of Yosemite - as opposed to the actual hiking spots inside the valley, in my opinion... although it made me appreciate the valley hikes much more now because I had a better idea of where I was overall.
