... I had a fully blown head cold which was still with me by Wednesday 4th January. I laid low low for another couple of days with my cold and flu tablets, my ginger beer and copious bottles of water - I cannot drink the water here, it just tastes so foul - I also had my raspberry and echinacea herbal tea.

Over and out until the next adventure which could be either the Cotswolds, Oxford, or Portsmouth, don't know could be anywhere ! ...

We had bought 2 things if soft cheese at the portobello market for £1 each, so we got some bread and ham from the supermaket and made melts, with some chocolate milk.
