We were privileged to be able to attend Andy's awards presentation ceremonies today at Hudson Elementary School. It's always a proud moment to celebrate all the children's academic achievement awards, but especially so those of my grandchildren! Left our RV park camp, having survived the constant roar of of the traffic overnight. Stopped at Christiansburg and then back on the Blue Ridge Parkway. More open, cultivated farmland and denser forests. Lined with rhodedendrums, that will be beautiful in a few weeks.
