          ... It has a wonderful whistle and was staffed by elves and eventually, at the North Pole, by Santa himself. There was hot cocoa and cookies and Christmas bells from Santa. By the time we returned to the station it was dark enough that Christmas lights were on and it was quite pretty.

          Vitas had used the guide that the "Daily Sun" publishes of Villages light displays and said they had never seen anything like it.

          ... Squad/Magnolia ladies they sent out to us for advice last Sunday after we played a round of Executive Golf at Walnut Grove. It was just Richard and I and I am pleased to say I was not half bad with my half price demonstrator clubs. After Richard treated me to some half priced shorts and capris at the Lopez shop.           Heather, Michael and Emily made it! Unfortunately they arrived on an extremely rainy day!

          We had picked up a van from Hertz in the rain at the Villages and with metal scraping on metal for brakes and a wheel balance so poor that the back of the van bounced along like crazy we drove Mum to Orlando. We picked up all the baby gear on route between showers.
