... some antihistamines as he has been sneezy for the last few days - and I mean sneezy! He's been driving me insane with the constant sneezes, which he then proceeds to look at (in his hands) to see what he has sneezed up - gross. He'll kill me for saying that, but I have told him to use his hanky that he actually does have with him in his pocket. Anyway, I gave him some paracetamol then left again. When I came back up to the room they were both asleep, but I noticed they had ...

... so great to finally have completed my first assignment. I had to celebrate!! What better way than to go on a Caribbean cruise. But before I get to that...let me tell you about the road trip leading up to then. It all started the previous day. Today we continued on to Austin, Texas. With a little more time on our hands we detoured off the main highways a bit more and stopped for lunch at a lovely little diner in the town of Brenham. The diner had supposedly the largest coffee cup in the world on its roof, & inside a paper mâché man sat at his laptop at one of the tables, quaint. Brenham we discovered is also home to the " Blue Bell Icecream Company " which apparently is the 3rd ...

... I had been falling asleep, while seated on the hot bus for so long! So a gelato or even better a cold shot off espresso over a scoop of homemade hazelnut ice cream (my new favourite and almost daily ritual!) was the first on my to do list!

Unfortunately ice cream shops weren't appearing to be the local favourite when it came to the shops, instead we were confronted with 6th street (Texas's equivalent to New Orleans Bourbon St) and guitars. Yep thats right, giant ...
