In Youngstown Ohio. 690 miles today another 11 hours in saddle. Chicago is just nasty period. I heard a poll before we left on trip that NJ was top state that if it went away no one would mind, I really think it should be Illlinois! The only thing is they have a Sweet Tomatoes!!!! Yeah, that is a salad bar place us WCV'ers go to in Orlando and they rock! Eat your heart out Terry!!!!! LOL Restaurant attached to hotel has best food so far on ...

... adage "someone trash is someone else's treasure". On our way back from there, stopped in for lunch at a great little diner set up to look like a railway car with the additional features of a science straight out of a fifties diner. Excellent service and food too, as evidenced by the fact we had to wait in line for a table. The following night, Saturday, we enjoyed an outdoor barbecue dinner beside the pool. ... were with men in scoring position; 4 with two men in scoring position, and 4 with the bases loaded. Five times Cyclone batters struck out looking. Can't get hits with the bat on the shoulder. The Scrappers, meanwhile, struck out only 4 times, leaving only 5 men on base.

The not-quite-saving grace was the fielding, which was really excellent. We saw a good half-dozen stellar plays, and the Cyclones have a shortstop ...
