      ... lady tried to launch a patent lawsuit saying she invented the dish. So every restaurant in Costa Rica had to rename the item on their menu. Many started to refer to the dish as "that which will not be named", like it was voldemort in the Harry Potter books! The next day I made my way to La Fortuna to spend a few days to see a volcano.       ... Budapest Hotel), try (and fail) to sleep. And do nothing. Usual plane activities! Food was a bit rubbish. I had requested vegan. And I got vegan. Plain lettuce. Plain green beans. Plain rice. Pineapple. Well, it was ok - just not the most exciting of meals! We landed just before 4pm into pouring rain.       ... my friends here and in return have been blessed by God with an amazing feeling of freedom. I look forward to the rest of this week and how god is going to continue showing up.

      ... our tired bodies and sipped on strawberry infused cocktails while the sun moved across the sky. When the rays were gone, we went back to the room to dress and make a decision for our evening festivities.

      ... and have to carry it all round Costa Rica as I'm sure it will be available at the airport. Plenty of chocolate on sale too, but this is produced elsewhere in the country.
      We were treated to a very nice lunch at the plantation before being taken back to the hotel. All in all a good easy introduction on a day when jet lag saw us rather the worse for wear!
