... from I don't know when. So we half strolled and half mountain climbed over the sand and rocks. The rock had created little inlets and the water crashes up and over, so cool to just stand and watch. Just as it started to rain we headed back, but it was so nice to get out and have a long stretch of the legs after a couple of days in the car. Elliott and Jared even got to add a log to ...

... off and park, and then trekked through the woods to find our fishing spot.

We brought four fishing poles. Gabe and Brian helped Aiden and Holden set up their fishing poles with bait and then we all watched Aiden throw his first cast. Which I believe got stuck in the tree branches above us! Not completely his fault, as the pole was broken and not quite in the best shape. Gabe got it out of the tree, and helped ...

... s so nice to have a toilet. haha. We could see Heceta Head Lighthouse from there and we also saw an interesting bridge. I liked the way the light showed through the cut out designs in it. Actually, we've seen many beautifully designed bridges along the way - and quite old ones too, I think.

Our next stop was one I have to admit we were drawn into hook, line and sinker. It was a typical ...
