    ... just sold for $23 million! Basically, Nantucket has evolved from a remote, historic island to a retreat for the rich and famous. Everything here is out of sight from a cost perspective.     ... we missed it. We made it to the end of the trail after running about 4 miles. There is a bike shop there, Barb's Bike Shop and several not that attractive strip malls, with stores like Dunkin’ Donuts, Marshalls, and a Stop&Shop. Not really charming quintessential Cape Cod.
