Today was our last day in Washington, before getting the Amtrak to Chicago in the afternoon. First of all just to say that our place to stay with airbnb was really good! We stayed near H Street, and we went to &Pizza and had possibly the most garlicky pizza of my life. Drove in and out of fog along the I 19. Stopped to take photos of the fog in the valleys and hugging the mountain tops. Tried to find a view off a side road without success so went back to the highway to take photos from where we had first seen the view. Later there was a scenic overlook to the valley on the other side of the mountain.
