After 12 hours of sleep we feel much better! The canal this morning is empty of traffic and glass smooth. We head to the trains to get to the airport to catch the bus to the gardens. It took a few stops at the info desks, but we made it. It was 73 and sunny today. We are over dressed! As we watch the bicyclers some are dressed in there Sunday go to meetin' clothes. Amazing how the women can ride in short skirts decently!

... cable cars to the top of the hill. Definitely a place I need to revisit... The drive from Switzerland to Heidelberg was pretty massive as we got stuck in some pretty bad traffic and arrived late afternoon. As a result we only had a brief look at Heidelberg and the medieval castle it is famous for, however I did manage to eat one of the most delicious raspberry slices of my life! As that evening was the final night of our awesome chefs cooking we had a celebratory ...
