... The stupid disgrace of a human being slammed it's greasy shoulder into mine: hard. Nearly knocked me over. We shouted abuse as it walked away. We were SO angry, but couldn't do anything due to shock and I certainly wasn't chasing that piece of scum. We didn't even do anything the stupid... Well. Fill in the gap. Still feeling terrible and now angry, we stood for a few more moments, long enough to see a little trolley bus whiz ...

... and ended up at a clasic car show which nobody had expected. We ended the day by having amazing mexican food with some local beer.
Unfortunaly, the next day we had to say goodbye to both of them as it was time to move on to our next location - San Francisco.

Thank you Ruth and Charles for a fantastic time and thank you for the ice box... no more warm pate for John. Hope to see you in Europe soon.

Today the four of us toured the Getty Museum. Darlene and I had not been, and it’s a spectacular campus. If you have the opportunity to visit, don’t miss it. Describing it is a little pointless, but I’ll try.
