So I get it. I'm not naieve. (I told ya I speak the language) I fully expect a general strike will be declared (as I hear they often are) just about the time the wheels of my Air France flight touches down at Charles de Gaulle.

... Huron. He told him how he crosses the border through there often when he goes to Toronto for work.

Brad took Kevin, Ashley, Alexa, and my picture on a Redwood stump at the adjacent campground back in 2005. We had to recreate the photo. This is when I wish I would have glued a picture of Kevin’s face on a paint stick. That way he could still be in the picture. The kids thought that was too weird. Oh well!

Holliday performed in the local clubs to an audience of stars such as Joe Louis, Marilyn Monroe, Clint Eastwood and Sammy Davis, Jr. At the legendary Jimbo's, Louis Armstrong went to check out Charlie Parker (the only known time they were under the same roof). As the guest I was given the honour of the first drive; with my theory of aiming for the trees on both sides of the fairway as they are allegedly 80% air I went through my usual set-up routine of twirling the club like a cheer leader, followed by a deep calming breath, closely followed by a nervous ****, I swung the driver and thwack! ... which is about what I get at home. Between all the meals ( rack of lamb for dinner, scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast) and the Oscar movies, the time flew (no pun intended). We are now at HK airport awaiting our flight to Bali. If I have the energy when we get to our hotel I'll post again but more likely there will be a period of radio ...
