... the front door of the bar bang on time. Once seated we quenched our thirst with a pint of the New World lager; a hoppy wheat beer served in a chilled 16oz glass. ... t so many ground plants and it is a lot more open. Dad took some panoramic photos (he's a real pro) that really showed off how tall the trees are. A few redwoods had huge openings at the base which allowed us to squeeze right under the massive tree.

... Capp's Corner (about 2 doors down - recommended by the ticket office @Club Fugazi), and had a perfectly delightful afternoon.
Our lunch before at Capp's Corner was fabulous - great Italian fare, fair prices, and wonderfuly framed photos of Joe DiMaggio around the room.
