... colorful and lively summer. The New Zealand Army Band performs a Maori Haka as well as breaking into a little Gangam Style. Mongolia represents winter (complete with artificial snow). With each change of season the light bathing the Castle also changes (flowers for summer, snowflakes for winter etc.). In addition to the season performances there are also singers and dancers. ... but it really is one of the best Chinese food places around. We had the most delicious pork belly. Followed that up with pork steamed buns and finished with some very delicious chicken dish with their summer vegetable. Truly was finger-licking good.

We got to the hotel early evening and proceeded to ease into the evening and prepare for a long travel day on Sunday.
