    ... could set their watches. Why one o'clock instead of twelve o'clock? Cause the thrifty Scots would only have to fire one cannon shot instead of twelve. Other buildings open to the public are the Royal Palace, where Queen Mary gave birth to King James I. The Great Hall, and Queen Anne's building which houses The Scottish National War Museum.     After my visit to Liz’s place, I headed up to Calton Hill which is another great spot in Edinburgh for some panoramic views of the city and Arthur’s Seat. It also seems to be a place where locals like to go and have a few beers, judging from the many empties I saw lying around. I think some other lude-type acts go on here too. But not sure. Haha. ...
