... around 7 in the evening. Out of all these, I think, Alabama was the most scenic. The route goes through Atlanta and I was quite impressed with the city. It has a huge skyline that only Manhattan can beat and it is connected by a 14 lane highway (7 lanes each way) that is more impressive than the Bay bridge in SFO. I wonder why it still has one of the worst commuter traffics ...

... after leaving Orlando bathed in sunshine. It's six am and we're in the middle of a torrential rain storm, and it continued almost all the way home for us. Getting through Passport Control and Baggage Reclaim was pretty much standard and after a quick call our taxi was there to whisk us off to our cars at Gatwick Mail Centre. Now we had to run the rain gauntlet... and got drenched loading the luggage... reality bites big ...
