      Welcome to vrrrmont, it's like brr... but with a v. Vrrrmont. First stop Ben and Jerry's factory in Waterbury! Second... Magic hat brewery in Burlington.       87 degree temps does not encourage fall colors! However, a stop at Ben @ Jerry's eased the warm day. Crossed from VT to NY via Lake Champlain ferry ($23). Ausable Chasm was worth the stop...and provided a scenic hike. Colorful trees amidst interesting layers of rock were amazing!       ... and now I also have **** for wifi so I can’t even call Jym again. All day I had reception so I don’t know what happened. I had hope that Vermont would be a lot better than New Hampshire and I even had 4G at points in the day but not now. Now I am back to not even being able to send a text. I did manage to speak to Jym by going down to the lobby and bar area which is closer to the wifi modem.
