The last few days have been quiet. Spending time relaxing and booking things ready to move around. On Saturday we booked to go to Bali safari and marine park and spent the rest of the day jumping over the 2 and a half meter waves on the beach which was ALOT of fun! We woke up early and headed to Bali Safari and Marine park. We arrived about 11:30am began looking around! We were taken on a safari tour in a car around different animal ...

Day 205 on route to Kuta

... and Veronica for Sanne's Birthday. We met in Sky Garden and stayed most the night there. Sky Garden is this mega club in Kuta. It is nine clubs under one roof and has a massive buffet dinner on the roof. We ate until we felt ill, had a few drinks and then danced to mix it all together. Then, Spen didn't know I wanted to insist on taxi drivers using a meter, so agreed a price of 76,000 IDR for a ...

... the queue(Korean style) and grabbing a row of three seats at the front in hope that I could stretch out for most of it. Luckily, as we set sail the boat was probably only half full, with an average age of sixty! At least there was no sign of any crying babies I suppose! We were told to stay indoors for the whole journey as it wasn't safe to be out on the deck. Fair enough...I wasn't planning on doing a tour of the boat anyway, in case I returned to see some old ...

... I decline the offer to try a cup for $5.00 since I never liked black coffee and milk is not common in Bali.

We continue up the volcano and I have lunch in the restaurant near the top. It turns out to be the same place I had come to begin the bike ride. After lunch I go in search of Ketut who is usually right by the door waiting for me. It is pouring with rain and it takes a while to locate him and by now the area is ...
