GETTING THE WORST OF THE TRIP OVER FIRST

... to get the bag tag for the checked luggage from a kiosk as seemingly faster than the old fashioned way. Security screening was typical, save for the one chap who said I could keep the tray I put my stuff on; nice to see somebody who likes his job, Roddy.

Some 15M to get a medium Tim Horton's java . A good chunk of the waiting seats have been ripped out and more stylish areas to sit from which lazy people like the Regional ...

Finally find the paint and deliver it to her without a problem.. getting used to the driving...

Had intended geting caught up with the travel log... but... got side tracked when I thought it might be a good idea to try a few video clips to include in the blog...
Did search and found, downloaded, and played with software for the mac...
Never got around to doing an entry... had fun with video clips though..

So... Wednesday night it was the M.I.X (McMaster International Exchange Club) Halloween party. We dressed up in our scarecrow costumes/ wrapped burlap sacs around our heads and played with some face paint then walked to the party. It was so strange. We looked creepy as but people didn't even blink when we walked past. They are so used to monsters walking around. We saw all kinds of crazy costumes walking around... but ...

... have to readjust... which is ok since we have lost ALOT of strength and speed in the 7 weeks of not training. VERY frustrating... but we are in a good gym which has all the equipment we need. Hopefully we can gain almost as fast as we lost. One more week of rehab training then we get stuck into the new Olympic lift program Jase is concocting. Its been 7 days since our first squat session here and we are still sore. At least we can walk again. ...
