We arrived at the bland and nondescript Carr Valley Cheese factory in La Valle about 11am and were able to watch a part of the cheese making process as they cut curd and pressed and stacked the rounds. Bought more curd, plus some of their specialty cheese.
I was up early so went out to enjoy the sunrise over the river. Gorgeous, so peaceful and serene.This was our day to relax.
