... we played bean bag toss and other assorted games, drank and had cake and ice cream. Terry and I went home and the hearty stayed and played card games.

4/22 - we left Myrtle Beach, SC. We really liked it there and would definitely go back.

We arrived in NC and are staying at the Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in Four Oaks, NC. Its a really nice campground - all newly renovated and in picturesque country setting. It's tough when you only stay a night - you really don't get to do/see much. We would definitely recommend this park.

Don Laine Campground was one of the nicest campgrounds we have been in since we left Roseville California. It was in the rolling hills of Pennsylvania just north of Allentown. The campground was situated on the top of a hill and you could see the all the hills below us and they were in full fall color. This was a terrific campground. ... new shoes. It took all of us about 1.5 hours, but we all finally left with new shoes! I decided on a pair a low cut, light weight New Balance shoes. My feet feel awesome again :) After the new shoes, we headed to an All You Can Eat Buffet. It was pretty darn good! They had Crayfish - they were excellent!!! ... and glad to see us. He was only expecting Gabrielle and Cheyenne. On Steve's recommendation we had lunch at Bert's Diner in Palmerton. Marie had pork chop with mash and fried onion rings, I had calf liver with green salad and carrot and raisin salad,and a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake and rice pudding - HUGE and yum.
