    ... playing at the University to try and get some new students in his music lessons. Gramps can play the flute and whistle. he is really good.     We took Sarah and Alice to the airport in the morning. I felt a bit homesick when I posted Dad his card. I miss him. We had a drink and then headed to the seaside. We went to the amusement park with Debbie, a friend of mum's from when she was little. We played adventure golf. I lost my ball ....twice, and lost the game.

    People say time passes quickly when you're having fun.

    I agree.

    After 6 months living with one of the best friends will ever have, I am on my final night before moving on.

    And it hurts.

    Not because I don't want to travel, but more because this is actually THE hardest goodbye I have had so far.

    I didn't think Christmas was going to be a huge occasion this year. I live half way around the world, and I have only been in Aberdeen for a couple months so I didn't expect presents at all!

    Then our house hold did our present giving night (we did a 2.50 pound challenge), where I gave my housemate a handmade bowtie (Doctor Who reference) and his girlfriend a draft copy of the book I am writing.
